issues with set up wizard help!

ok so i installed it ( i think

) but when i am going through the set up wizard it wont show me the options : back next or cancel you know the ones at the bottom of the screen...so i can not go any further....i already downloaded it a few times and its doing the same thing...dont know what to do please some one help me!
