My problem is a bit similiar, however I sent a certified check to Lime Wire and have not received a response for three weeks! Help!

The official LW site only accepts CC payments & Money Order. Not cheques.

I have not received any notification from Lime Wire. I sent a certified check issued from a bank and I paid 25.50 for Pro. I went to the Lime Wire site and followed the directions to send the payment to Lime Wire LLC. The office must have a record of payment, cashing the check something I would think. It has to be a matter of simple accounting. The office has my name and my check.

Did you use the 'Money Order' button to get Pro?

If you send a money order then Pro would cost $25.50... AFAIK LW don't take cheques so your payment would have to be via money order. Has your cheque been cashed??

Did you send a personal cheque?

The order page says that personal cheques aren't accepted, so maybe that's your problem?

It was not a personal check, it was a certified check issued by a bank. It is the same as a money order. And yes I paid 25.50. I do not know if the check has been cashed. i paid the 25.50 to the bank, sent the check to the address provided in the official web site.
