Default It doesn't find anything!

I downloaded LimeWire Pro v.4.18 about 2 months ago and just started using it. When I type anything in the search area, it starts to search but it doesn't come up with anything no matter how long i wait. I do have broadband. I also have windows vista - could that be the problem? What am i doing wrong?
