My computer died and I am getting a new one in a few days.
I bought Limewire Pro about 6 months ago. I am going to have to download and reinstall on my new computer. I don't remember my logon and password information, because when I started limewire in the past it never asked me to reenter that information. My question is, do I have to pay again or do they keep a record of registered users and can pull my information? thanks gary |

Use the same email & you will be safe .. that is of course if your period of updates & support has not finished.

For a start I'd turn off your CA spyware program. It is anti-p2p sharing programs & will damage them. Redownload the pro version again or try reopening the installer after turning off your CA spyware program. You could put LW on its exceptions list.
