help please- multiple user problem

I have done a search but i can't find what i'm looking for. i am using LW Pirate and have windows vista. VGA free antivirus. I am using LW on my administrator account, but i don't know how to make it work on my kid's user account. i'm sure this question has been asked before. if someone can at least point me to a thread on this topic i would greatly appreciate it.
