I am very abused! My download of one mp3 file leasts more than 8h. How can I do that better?

I´m a guy from Germany. Please make your follow up easy.

You can do better by downloading the file from someone else. The person you were downloading from was allowing too many people downloading at the same time. I had the same problem and question, so I ran a test with a friend. Neither of us had anyone else up or downloading from us and I grabbed an mp3 file from him with normal speed.

if that's the case, maybe bandwidth (the allocated amount of bandwidth) should be evenly distributed to each downloader.. or as best as possible, depending on the downloaders' connections (i.e., give the 56k user his or her 4kb/s.. and let the cable user have the rest)
