i like that idea and more communication would be good. as it takes place here but directed to specific peers. however, i think that not many people will be ready to do that due the .. hm .. let's say critical content they share. critical in the meaning that most people out there do share something that might be illegal (not necessary the content, but the fact they share it). as long as there isn't a working anonymous system (even for email, not talking about sharing, yet), not many people will be willing to provide an email, which is traceable. at least i guess so ...
