vbs files

I seem to have received some sort of worm or virus that has turned all my mp3s into vbs files. I read that I may have gotten it from gnutella or thru e-mail. Do I have to delete them all and start again, or can I change them back somehow? Thanks in advance.

It depends what the worm or virus did to them. Run an antivirus program to get rid of the worm or virus and see what it does to your mp3s.
