gnotella will not start up

when i try to run gnotella i get this message the file 'oleaut32.dll' is out of date. this program requires a newer version. i'm running the program through windows 98. Please help me i want to get started

i just downloaded the newest version and it aint in it

I fixed the problem by downloading the visual basic runtime install file from microsoft at ftp.microsoft.com/softlib/mslfiles/vbrun60.exe
