Simple Questions
I was curious why some people's locations in red?
When it says waiting, and then re-tries to download later, does that ever work? I also get couldn't download errors what causes this? Is there a way to communicate with people you download from?

Matches are displayed in red if they're behind a firewall.
"Couldn't Download" messages can occur if the file has been removed from that person's shared folder (I'm pretty sure).
