Banned IP's?

I feel like this is going to be a stupid question, but...

Do banned IP's automatically clear when you log off and log back on? I accidentally banned my home computer's IP from my Gnotella in the office, and I really would like to be able to connect to it. However, I haven't found it on several successive (and indeed, patient over the last 3 hours) searches for files I know are on that machine.

Any help?
