You'll need to get what they call a CD ripper. There are a few out there. This link will take you to a thread that was very informative.
No-one on here will be able to explain how to use it - it's too involved a process. You should get a help file with the CD ripper of your choice, to tell you how to use it  Various Players/Encoders/Decoders http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...4805#post34805
