Unhappy Gnucleus 2.0.1.0 Problem

If after using Gnucleus 2.0.1.0, I power down my PC. When I come to use my PC again, I can't connect to any websites thru my broadband connection. The only way around it I have found so far is to system restore to a time before I used Gnucleus. The net connection then works OK.
Has anyone had this problem or does anybody know how I can get around this problem without having to reinstall Gnucleus every time I want to use it and them system restore my PC next time, so that the Net connection works.
Cheers for any help.

I followed that reply for about 3 words...

what he means to say is its not gnuc's fault. You may have accidentally downloaded something through gnuc which was harmful to your computer in some way

I suggest you invest in a good antivirus.

Reccomendations:
1) AVG Antivirus ( http://www.grisoft.com ) They offer an excellent FREE antivirus, and an even better one if you pay for it.

2) Panda Antivirus & Panda ActiveScan ( http://www.pandasoftware.com )
Panda ActiveScan is EXTREMELY thorough and high quality, which makes up for its web-page based nature. If that free service is so good, how great must their retail products be?
