![]() I like to share many G of files, and when gnutella updates the files SHA1 it is really annoying. I worry that the noise will wake my housemates. Could we please have this optional, optionally set to happen at startup only, and preferably optimised so that it checks against a list of last-modified time for each file to decide first whether to SHA1 that file again? I am assuming this is not happening now, because of the chainsaw-like noise coming from my hard disk every 1/2 hour or so. Nos |
