Porting of gtk-gnutella client to embedded system

I would like to port gtk-gnutella client on to an embedded system ..
Has anybody done this kind of stuff ...
What will be major dependencies...

Porting of gnutella to arm

when porting to arm the gnutell tries to run the scripts and hence does not configure ... can any one suggest how to configure the make file
