Take a look at this http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=49851 This no longer happens with the very latest Limewire Beta version 4.13.

It certainly does not happen with Phex. I mention that because you have actually posted in the Phex section of the forums, and ..It's good to see you here and hope you will give Phex a try .. We think you'ld like it
