keeps "waiting" for download
I have already downloaded several songs. Now every time I select download for a song it stays on "waiting", I leave the program running for a while and even run the program alone to wait to see if it finally downloads. Yet it never downloads?? why is this that I can no longer download anything? Is there something that I am doing wrong? I have six or more connections each time I go to download so I can't seem to understand why I can't. Please someone help....

okay
sorry, I posted first on new users, then realized it would be better to post on HELP & SUPPORT. wasn't trying to get the answer any faster............Just a matter of realizing what I need is HELP & SUPPORT, not a new user posting..thanks for the replay.....

Does the connection icon on the lower left of the phex window show a little fire above the connected icon?
If so, then you need to open up your firewall or router.
