Default Won't launch
I'm running Mac OS 10.5.3

Phex was running ok yesterday, this morning I installed the update and when I click on the icon, it bounces once or twice then nothing happens!

Have you tried a safe boot & repaired permissions? SAFE Boot & Repair Permissions This sometimes fixes things after a system update.
