Do you mean that there's no library tab? Click on View (top of the page, between Network & Settings) > click on Library.
Clicking on an item in the dropdown will show you that page, click on it again & the tab will disappear. To show the tab again - click on the item in the dropdown menu again

re; limewire library-
 my library is empty n i cant seem to get it back - its in one of my folders in my pc,but i cant make a play list cos i dont have a limewire library wiv any songs in it where i can just pick out what i want to make a playlist if you get what i mean??

Are you using LimeWire or Phex may I ask?
(You did post in the Phex program section!)If using Phex, go to the View menu & choose Library. Command 5 for mac users keyboard shortcut or I presume Control key 5 for windows users keyboard shortcut. * Oops just realised you are using LW! In that case see If you updated LimeWire & cannot find your Downloads. And go to View menu & choose Show/hide Library.
