Prolly a Good Idea to Read the Forum Rules and make sure you're Posting in the right Forum.
If you hadn't figured it out by know, you have Posted in the Phex Forum. Do you really expect to get help for LW in the Phex Forum ?? Really ?? I would'nt take my Dodge Charger to a Ford Dealership to get it serviced, would you ??  If you want to try and find the LW Forum and Re-post, I'm sure someone may try to help you out. We are all Volunteers here so have some patience, or even better, use the Forum Search Function as Firewall Issues are a big problem and I'm sure you will find some answers if you just try.  P.S. A Refund is totally out of the Question. Thats why they have LW Basic which is Free. Its a Good Idea to try Basic to see if it works and then think about buying Pro.
