Default Vendor is Frosty??
In the "Vendor" category I sometimes see a vendor named "Frosty"

Can anyone tell me if that's Frostwire or is it another client?

I think it changed. I've seen both over the years.

It must be version dependent? I have seen it as Frostwire, Snow, and now Frosty. I dont understand why the change.
