 Check the AOL settings for something in there about "Parental Controls" or anything to do with network security. You're supposed to shut that completely off. Try shutting down the AOL spyware protection for a test. The same goes for the McAfee and Pure Networks Port Magic stuff. Test with each one disabled. It could simply be you have too many defenses on your connection, and they are not working well together. BearFlix is much more powerful than the "BearShare version 6" iMesh clone, so it would reveal any weaknesses.  |
