 They might drop the blockade later when bandwidth isn't so saturated. With ISPs like those it's best to get acquainted with as many avenues as possible, such as using google: Download mp3s from Google If your ISP has a newsgroup server you might find plenty to download from there, and they'll be fast downloads too.  |
