Default BearShare just will not connect

I have had BearShare for 4 years and never had a problem till just recently.
It connects to only one host and stays for about 10 or 15 minutes then drops me. Then i cannot get a connection to another ultra peer for sometimes 40 minutes. Has bearshare finnaly kicked ?
Is there an updated peer list i can slip into the the 'DB' folder ?

BearShare has been a very useful tool for me cause I DJ and have over 8000 songs (43 gigs) downloaded, all from BearShare.I do not want to have to switch to LimeWire cause its too much of a resource hog.

Is there a solution to this problem ? .

Thanks!

Hi, long time reader first time posting. The cache files from the link above seem to not be working. They download but when trying to extract using windows or winrar both complain that .zip file is invalid......tried downloading them several times with same results. Any suggestions?

'Some' people say they have that problem, not everyone. Considering the number of downloads of those cache files, only a few people have complained. From memory they were zipped using Win XP's default zip tool. Either that or TugZip which is a freeware version of winrar. Edit: I've added RAR files also. See if you have better luck.
