There's also an unresolved issue when trying to display the About... dialog in Windows XP, because the notification icon may be initialized and used before proper support in LimeWire Java code gets properly initialized.
Work is in progress to create a locking system between both components that enables proper initialization on fast systems with strong multitasking capabilities such as Windows XP.
