afisk,
Every time I try to download a new version of LimeWire for the Mac. I have to re-type all my preferences from the previous version of LimeWire. If there was an option on the installer saying: Transfer settings from previous version. or don't have a previous version. I hope you can use this idea in the upcoming versions of LimeWire.

Yeah, this was supposed to have been fixed awhile ago, but it definitely seems to be a problem on OS X. I've been meaning to look at it again, but I haven't had a free moment. I will definitely get to it at some point, though.
Thanks. |

Instead of typing everything in again you can back up limewire.props in directory .limewire (period limewire) (in the Preference folder on both OS X and 9) and restore this file after installation.

Thanks for looking in to it afisk. If you could fix it in both OS 9 and OS 10 installers that would be great.
