Is there a change-log anywhere?

Also, once again the install blew-away my PROPS.LOG and hash file. I made a backup of the PROPS beforehand and manually replaced the file after install. I strongly suspect that there is no support/recognition of non-default settings because it has never ever ever kept my settings...
