Uploads seem to make almost no progress at all. 2.6.3 was the last version that I used that uploads performed properly under. Under 2.6.5 and all 2.7 versions, I notice that almost all uploads show 0kB/s. Very infrequently, one will show 1kB/s.

The upload rate-limiting feature is turned off. I have sufficient outbound bandwidth and have attempted to transfer files between two computers that can normally transfer hundreds of kB/s between one another, and the transfer always makes almost no progress.

I have also noticed this and I'm connected via a T3 connection. I'm using Mac OS X.2.1. I see 1 KB/sec every once in a great while. The older versions did seem better at upload speed compared to the recent versions.

I'm using a G4 450.
