Yup... unfortunately I also agree that 2.8.5 in my experience, is a surprisingly poor performing release. I'm waiting patiently for 2.8.6 ;)

I am like you - waiting for the next version. It is almost strange. I know there were holidays but I sure thought we would see some fixes by now. This is the buggiest version of Limewire I have seen and yet updates are slower coming.

That said, I can survive, 2.8.5 has not forced me to roll back and unless it gets worse I will not. It is usable.

I still think Limewire is the best one out there.
