Shareaza leafs & ultrapeer bandwidth

I think I finally found out why Shareaza leafs cause so much traffic. The new QRP handling makes LimeWire 3.7.x think Shareaza would be sending almost full QRP tables.

This may very well be LimeWire's fault.
