et voilà is a great assister to others; your light through the dark tunnel

You want to be an ultrapeer: you have to get high uptime, be non firewalled and at least 8KB/s upload speed (LW will know your upload speed when you do uploads, so you have to share files).
Of course you can edit values in limewire.props to be an UP at next launch....
