I've only had 3.9.3 installed for a day and already another one is out

I did find that with the 3.9.3 it would stop downloading the files I wanted, and just stay at 0%. If I closed the program and also closed it from the task bar, then launched it again, it would start downloading again. So what Bug fixs are there in this one.
