Ok so now I've disconnected /reconnected and Bearshares still come by dozen. Then I restated LW and who is there? It is the bear!!! Now that a good way to up my outdegree to 200 but I could make a very poor UP if traffic is throttled to 8KB/s

If you're running as UP in LW and only have foreign UPs like gnucDNA, I have a few bears to spare!
