First put all files you want to share in one folder.

Just go to preferences, there to sharing and click add to select the folder you want to share.

Others can then find and download your files over the network.

Then right-click the file you want to share and select "show magnet-details for file".

You can now simply send your friend the magnet-link via E-Mail or chat (disable smileys). He/she just need to put the magnet into the browser-line and open it like a regular URL/Link.
