Facilities "Lost" in 4.1.x

FYI

I've recently downloaded the Beta versions 4.1.3 and 4.1.4

However, I find that I can now longer perform the following from the Library:

1. Edit file names;

2. Drag files into sub-folders.

In both cases I have to use the Explore button and do it in the Apple Finder

I'm using a Mac G4, OSX 10.2.8
