canceling my subscription

I am disappointed with the Lime Wire program that I signed up for this morning. I have been trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription and get a refund. The help site said that there was a free trial offer and that is why there are no refunds, but I was never made aware of any free trial of anything. How to you actually get an answer out of anyone?
