direct connect w/ local host

direct connect w/ local host

I recently installed a router to share my adsl connection with my housemate. I installed LimeWire on her machine and tried to "direct connect" with my PC, both with the shared IP number (212.238.x.x) as well as the local IP (10.0.0.14), and we keep getting the "can't browse this host" error msg? Anybody have idea what might be going wrong?

FWIW: she is running Windows and I have Fedora installed.
