Hey, i download the skins i want and follow the directions they give you, but nothing happens, no skins no nothing. Can someone help??

You can download skins for Limewire? Sorry..not helping!

If you download LimeWire skins (.lwtp files) from Gnutella with LimeWire, it will ask to you whever you want to install it once the download completes.

You can search for LimeWire skins directly in LimeWire: search for "lwtp theme", and select files with a ".lwtp" extension in the result list. (This method does not work often, because few users share .lwtp files in their list of extensions).

If you download skins from the LimeWire web site, you'll have a .lwtp file that you must put into the "themes" subdirectory, of the ".limewire" directory where your user preferences are also saved. Then, when the new .lwtp is in that folder, along with other theme files, you just need to select "Refresh skins" in the LimeWire menu to see it listed in the Skins menu. You just need to select it from the menu to activate it.
