Is it possible to add more connections than just the 6 that connect with LW Pro? I realize that it si "possible" to connect direct to someone of you know the IP and port. I guess what I mean to say is how can I find out who else is available to connect to just as an ultrapeer, not just a direct connect with a friend. Seems like i remeber with an older version of LW, you could have tons of connections by changing a setting in LW. Any help is appriciated. Thanks all.

Sorry guys, that would definitely hurt the network. Everyone gets his/her share of theh resoruces. If some Users begin to take more than others, all get damaged, because the network might slow down to a crawl.

I used to be an ultrapeer but it appears ive recently been "demoted" to a leaf... any ideas why? and now i only connect to 3 ultrapeers, not good!
any help would b good, thanks

Whether you're an ultrapeer or leaf has no bearing on the amount of results you'll get.

It might seem strange, but he's right (mind you, he's writing this program ). Your program behaves differently, whether it's UP or Leaf. if you're a leaf, the UPs do for you, what you'd do yourself, when you where an UP (except only with 1/3rd of the efficiency, because you have 3 UPs and that exactly adds up to the same being UP yourself).
