There seems to be a problem when changing skins in v4.3.1.

Can you elaborate on what the problem is when changing skins?

Well, LW seems to close and the splash screen appears for about 5 seconds, and the "Downloads" area appears where files download is slightly viable right at the bottom of LW for about 5 seconds then goes.

I didn't quite follow that, sorry.

The splash screen appearing while changing skins is a new feature. There is a long-standing bug with Java 1.5 where everything is shifted down a bit (we haven't quite figured out what's causing it yet) -- clicking once to resize LW should fix it.

Is that what you're referring to?

yes, i think that is it.
So i guess it's not a bug afterall, though the splashscreen when changing skins is slightly annoying.
