Beta 4.9.1

this stupid thing isnt lettin me get the option where it will not run on startup. Ive unchecked it in lw tools>options but it wolnt work. Then i restarted my comp to see if that work and a box came up and asked me all these questions. one of the said run lw on stratup i deselected it and it stilll runs on startup.

Been working great for me... I unchecked it and did a restart and it didnt start up..
