4.9.11 --Doesnt work --HELP

Okay ive had the 4.9.11 version of LimeWire installed on my computer for a few days now and still it doesnt work... everytime i try to open it , it doesnt work at all... just the splash screen pops up..and appears to be loading/connecting but its not... then the setup screen keeps poping up..like askin for language choice..folder..etc..i mean really whats going on here? Help pleaase.. ive uninstalled and reinstalled about 100 times literally but still doesnt work !

& How about some actual help instead of VIEWS !

Salut, did you try deleting the .limewire folder?
Did you try to install a newer version of java? (take the JRE) http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp

But to me the key words in your post


strongly hinted to me you may not have 4.9.11. Consider the date of your post. Cosider you said



4.9.11 just was released so there is no way you have had this program for a couple of days.
