LIMEWIRE Beta version help
i've downloaded and re-download limewire beta and regular basic several times but the same problem keeps occuring. i click the icon and the loading screen comes up but then it just shuts down for no reason...any suggestions?

You need a faster pc, more ram and processor speed.
close down EVERYTHING, go alt-ctrl-del and close down stuff you dont need then try LimeWire, if not, like my problem. I had to replace my CPU because it was broken, its just that i didnt use it for bigger programs like LimeWire, it overheated very easy. |

1. Try going directly to the LW program folder & opening the program directly. If it opens then your shortcuts are corrupt & need recreating.
2. Try some of the tips here: Fixes for Limewire 3. See Fix for opening Limewire "Fatal Error Message" which is a little similar to point 2. Tell us if either of these fixes your problem. |
