My LimeWire keeps freezing. sometimes it happens when i start up the program and other times it happens after it has been running for a while. I think there is a bug that needs to be fixed. the previous version also did that too.

Which operating system are you running? (Windows ME, Windows XP, etc.)

What exactly happens?

Does your computer restart? Does the computer keep running, but LimeWire doesn't respond at all? Are you able to drag the LimeWire window around the screen? If you leave LimeWire alone for a few minutes, does the problem correct itself without you having to quit LimeWire?

just Limewire doesn't respond. It will usually go grey and i am not able to close it normally. Instead I have to go into the task manager and select end task. That is the only way of closing the frozen program. Just The program is affected. My windows OS itself is not affected.i have noticed it is especially bad for freezing when i have shareaza running at the same time.

lol, wouldnt it be funny if shareaza is detecting LW and crashing it on purpose?

anyways, is it possible for you to make a stack trace of this when it occurs? instructions are posted as a sticky at the top of the beta forum.
