Problems with Limewire Pro

I totally agree with you, I downloaded Limewire and I was really pleased with the results - so much so that I bought the Pro version - since then NOTHING - nada, zilch, I have written to Limewire - no answers! I can't get my money back. I need help to alert other users to not paying for a program that seriously has great problems delivering what it promises - aren't their laws about this? If anyone can inform me of intelligent sites that can help report this misuse to the general public please do so. OK I have lost money but let's stop it now, most people can't afford to waste hard earned cash. By the way before you think I am some load mouthed radical, I am 60 years old, used computers for more years than most of you were born, and work hard for my pennies. Greatfully accept any (non-rude) suggestions.
