I am re-posting this in hopes that someone knows for sure what is wrong.

I have files that are at 130% progress and are still downloading at 14kps and above. The remaining time is showing like -14:27:39 ofcourse it is constantly changing as usual per the speed.
I have stopped these downloads but they are not limited to any size file or any type from what I see. I have audio mp3 files and Video files of various types all doing this. Some others are also not doing this.
I contacted Pro Support already but I am fishing for anyone experiencing the same or similar.
