Do you mean your incomplete files still on your old computer??
Or do you mean the installer exe of LW....?
In case of the latter one, just download the basic version free from the official LW site: http://www.limewire.com/
To move the incomplete files would need you having the possibility to burn CD's. Then you could burn the "Incomplete" folder onto a CD and then replace the "Incomplete" folder (of course after installing the free version mentioned above) of LW on your new computer....
