Help - Tip Required!! LimeWire automatically starts up again after about a minute

Hi, I'm new to Limewire. When I shut Limewire down, it automatically starts up again after about a minute or so, whether or not i'm logged onto the Internet.

Please can anyone give me any tips to disable this option. I can't find it anywhere !
