My enqueue list dissapeared i think my brother did it how do i get it back

You mean your playlists have disappeared? They will disappear once you close LimeWire unless you save them. See more about playlists here Playlists & how to create them (click on link)

I don't know which folders you normally share, you'd know that yourself. But for your shared folder, go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Sharing & add your default shared folder which is normally here C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared

sorry I should have put the section bellow your libray that u put songs in (by pressing enqueue) is gone

That may be due to either of 2 reasons I can think of. 1. The LW player has been disabled. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Player & make sure option is ticked. You might need to re-open LW before this has an effect on the playlist window section.
2. (a) Click the black arrow at the bottom so it shows both the Library & the mp3 playlist. Clicking the black arrow will show one or the other or both. (b) Or Drag the partition up so it's not hidden as shown below with the red arrow. (btw I changed the title of your thread.)

How did u get the green skin?

The green skin was the default one for Pro. But you can download extra skins from here http://www.limewire.com/english/content/skins.shtml
