i need help: alert by Norton Security that i got a trojan horse

i downloaded a file and i got a alert by Norton Security that i got a trojan hourse...and someone try to attack my computer.....whats can i do to avoid this

There are many infected files on the network & you have to be really careful with what file types you download. Especially zip, exe & rar files.
Just make sure to scan all downoaded files before opening. Check out the sticky below for more info

my security tells me when its been attack and it removes it by its self.....is that feather from photoshop cs2?
